After six excruciating rounds of chemo (18 treatments), I finally got the results today. Here's the relevant part of the radiology report:
"Right hilar/mediastinal mass has significantly decreased. Whereas it measured up to 6 cm at the CT examination 01/22/08 and smaller at exam 2/27/08, it now measures only up to 2 cm presently occurring in the region of the right tracheobronchial angle. Whether this is actual residual tumor or some scarring or residual mildly enlarged lymph node is uncertain. The previous right upper lobe pulmonary nodules have also resolved. 1 cm right adrenal nodule has been resolved.Care to do a little happy dance with me?
No acute pulmonary infiltrate, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax. Normal cardiac size. No acute abnormality of liver, spleen, pancreas, gallbladder, kidneys, adrenal glands, bladder, gastrointestinal tract or appendix. No aortic aneurysm or ascites. No acute bony muscular or subcutaneous abnormality."

When it's pushing 90 degrees at 10:30 a.m. it's time to turn the air conditioning full blast.
And it's time for the Collective Sigh critters to complain to the management.
Bandit: "It's too COLD!!!"
.
Trouble: "It's to HOT!"
